We had our formica countertops removed and replaced with new quartz countertops throughout the kitchen. Faith was very friendly and pleasant to work with. We could text her anytime with questions and she always got back to us, even if she wasn't in the office. We had to wait longer than anticipated for the supplies to arrive, but it was worth the wait. Our kitchen is absolutely beautiful! Everything we wanted.

After meeting Laura about an issue with our kitchen cabinets purchased by another vendor she offered to help us and went out of her way to do whatever she could to resolve our issue. Because of the terrific customer service we experienced we contacted her to help design and install a number of kitchen organizers for our cabinets and drawers. She made a number of suggestions for what would work best for us and our kitchen design resulting in exactly what we were looking for. Laura was very knowledgeable, and she was a joy to work with. Unorganized designer and uncreative, lazy designs. Designer was told to be creative and that were were going big with the bathroom design. He designed the exact same bathroom with different tile. When we reiterated our desires and reached back out a few days later, he had done nothing for us.
