Dr. SantaLucia is a great guy and seems to know his stuff but I will say once he became part of Buffalo Medical Group, my experience has drastically changed. Wait times are normally more than 30 minutes and up to an hour, the ability to schedule appointments for issues has decreased and the level of customer service from the call center(I believe) is not great. He seems to really care about his patients though, just wish things were different logistically.
