I worked with John, who is very personable and helpful. The service team came out and, without my asking, made some improvements on the old (previous propane) piping system for no extra charge. I am completely happy with my new stove and have already gotten help in troubleshooting something that was a mistake on my end. I plan to maintain business with them and look forward to easy winters.
I had two issues I needed fixed, one was my 104 year old chimney did not pass inspection when I bought the house... Then two years later there was a leak from the side where the heat exits the house into my room upstairs. I reached out to 4 other companies and ended up going with Matchless. John was wonderful throughout the process and the guys doing the installation did a fantastic job! I ended up getting a gas insert and it's a beautiful upgrade to my home ❤️
