We love the final product and the installation team was super responsive and patient throughout the process, making sure we’re absolutely satisfied with the installation. Matchless installed a propane fireplace for us which we have enjoyed immensely. They were so easy to work with. Every time I called with a question or concern, they got back to me promptly and pleasantly. I wish all companies were so responsive.
