With all this recent rain, Has contributed to a high water table and I got water in my basement for the first time in 23 years. I called Barry for help he had taken a change in his schedule so he came out found an obstruction in daylight drain between outlet and check valve once cleared, The water Flow increased. I had never needed a sump pit or pump in my house. Since we just accepted a contract for selling our house, the buyers asked us to put a sump pit in sump pump so we obliged Barry got to work and finished it in a timely fashion. I reached out to Barry back in the summer to inquire about doing some work and he came out within a few days to assess the project. He was very honest and upfront about the work and the price and we agreed on a date about two months out. He reach out sooner than the agreed upon date and asked if he could start the project the following week. I said absolutely and he was out at the house the following Monday. The project went very smooth and as it was winding down, he asked about gutters in the area of the egress windows. I told him I was going to dig out and bury a drain line for the gutters. I highly recommend Ballard and Son Construction! Barry and his crew installed an egress window in my basement and they did an amazing job! From beginning to end, everything went smoothly and I couldn't be happier with the end result! A great company to work with - a job well done!
