“So I’d like to tell you all about the wonderful experience I’m having at WellNest Studio. I’m in my 70’s and for various reasons have not been doing any exercise for over 5 years. I decided to take back my body so I could enjoy the next phase of my life - retirement!!! A friend told me about WellNest and I decided to give them a try. They’re located in the Peter Harris Plaza and are easy to get to from anywhere. I went in to check it out and met with owner Bill. I walked out all signed up for ten sessions with a Personal Trainer, Jason. I am so glad I took this chance. The gym itself is small and personal but has everything you need. Jason patiently listened while I whined about how I haven’t done anything for such a long time and that I had some ongoing physical issues that made me nervous. He developed a program taking all this into consideration and I’m now in the middle of my second ten sessions. I go twice weekly and Jason continues to listen to me whine and at the same time encourages me to keep going. I totally see a big difference in my abilities and am determined to let him get me to a point that I’m comfortable maintaining. I love that the trainers (Jason for me) listens every session to what I say and adjusts my workout accordingly. I can’t recommend this place or their staff enough. You won’t be sorry if you give it a try!!!“

I previously saw a plethora of orthopedics that said because it’s not broken, it’ll probably heal on itself. 6 months later with no resolution to this medical mystery & so much pain, Dr. Kerry Deyo made me feel heard & was able to explain exactly what had happened, why & what would improve it. Her vast knowledge made me feel so comfortable & she could explain how the medical system works sometimes. She is very well connected to her medical colleagues & has a lot of resources to help anyone. I would absolutely recommend Dr. Kerry Deyo’s practice & hope to see her again when I’m in the US again.
