I have been to a few Visionworks location and this location seemed responsive, attentive, and committed. I saw the doctor on schedule and was given time to find glasses and didn't wait to long before I was taking care of. The facility was clean and the location was easy to find.
Very friendly staff and doctors, especially Amber! She was extremely helpful when it came time to pick out new glasses. She’s got a fantastic eye for style and gave me a wide range of frames to choose from that were in my price range. Would definitely recommend asking for Amber if you need new glasses!
Everyone there was great. Leanne was perfect. Friendly, kind, knowledgeable. She gave me all of the options I have based on my insurance, a reasonable estimate of what it would cost me before picking out frames and all of the information and paperwork that I may need from her in the future. Everything was clearly explained to me. She even answered questions that I didn't know I had. 5 stars. Really, great experience.
