Losing both parents within the span of 16 months is the most difficult thing my brother and I have ever had to deal with but the care, compassion, and professionalism shown by Art, Amos, and Christin made all the difference during such a painful time. They treated not just me and my brother, but our entire family with genuine kindness, patience, and respect.

It is so very hard to lose someone in your family. When my brothers and I lost my Father, we really did not know where to begin or what the process was. My father had wanted to be cremated that was the extent of our knowledge. Zirbel funeral home (CNY Cremations) was recommended to us. We met Art, the owner, he immediately put us at our ease at one of the most difficult times in our lives. He took care of everything, death certificate collecting my Father from Kendal and posting the obituary we had written. Although meeting Art Webb wasn’t under the ideal circumstances. We had to make funeral arrangements for my father. You couldn’t have asked for a more caring and understanding individual. He is such a wonderful man. No high pressure , you tell him what you want and he’ll make it happen. Great experience for a sad time.
