Brandon Hayes, the owner of BH Electric Co., is amazing. After our electric pole snapped during a storm, NYSEG spent a day installing a new one. The following morning we phoned Brandon and he came right over and spent hours getting the house reconnected to the power grid. He made the entire experience more positive.
