Gary at Schlick helped promptly address our emergency. Background: In June 2017, we had hired another company to provide professional grading around a new pool to ensure we directed water away from the pool and house. They claimed to be qualified and knowledgeable - they were not. They did not know what a swale was. They graded the yard so that all soil ran towards the pool and house and insisted that once the sod was down, it would be fine. We had two visits by the town complaining there was dirt on the street and in a neighbor's yard and were told to use silt fencing. They still did not clean up after their work (so we did) and they did not feel it was necessary... read full review
