Quality Cesspool

I had an issue with my cesspool overflowing. Tommy came over in the pouring rain and assessed the situation and told me that unfortunately our concrete patio was placed over the cesspool. Tommy was able to successfully fix the issue without having to remove our patio and costing us extra money. I appreciate how honest and thorough he was, even in a downpour. Would highly recommend them for anyone looking for an honest opinion.

I have heavy use because I have alot of kids and all girls. The showers are always real long and there is alot of laundry going on here.I had a new cesspool put in 15 years ago. I was told that I wouldn't have to pump it , or at the earliest in 20 years. I started having full cesspools about 6 years ago. I had several different companies come for service initially butI don't think the pool was being emptied enough. I didn't look in the cesspool during the pumping, but that's what I think. I contacted John from Local Cesspool on the recommendation of a friend who is a plumber. He came on Christmas Eve and had a lot of work to do here.
