i had two guys William (Bill) and Nevaeh.. Both were friendly, professional and did an excellent job. They cleaned a love seat, grout in the bathroom, carpet and stairs and all look good!
We’re happy with the results! Jeremey and Jaydin were thorough, pleasant to work with and did a great job on our upholstery, carpets and tiles. Stanley Steamer has earned our repeat business in the future!
William was great! Very kind and professional. He arrived on time and worked quickly.
The office, on the other hand, tried to send someone earlier than the scheduled appointment time. Twice, I received phone calls asking if a technician could come 2 hours before the appointment time. This was a bit frustrating.
