I've been looking for a reliable HVAC company and I have Albany Mechanical a try. Prompt, courteous and most importantly they answer the phone! The young men who came to my home today yesterday and again today took care of our AC unit during this crazy heat! They stood by their work and didn't charge me for the return service! I'm a loyal customer and they have earned my future business! Thanks guys!
Five Stars is not adequate for the outstanding communications and expert installation we experienced when purchasing a new Daikin HVAC System.
Our AC stopped working during a 90 degree week long heating spell! From my initial call, the System was installed within 48 hours by experienced, knowledgeable, courteous, and professional technicians. This is an incredible turnaround considering we were a new customer!
I had mentioned my husband had a disability and did better with AC. Jason, Head Technician, rearranged the company's installation schedule to fit us in ASAP.

I can not express how great Blake was! His expertise was above and beyond. I had 2 other companies come by and tell me they could not figure out my problem and I need to replace my entire heat pump!! Well Blake figured it out. It wasn't easy but he never gave up!! Amazing!! Beyond grateful! Also Thank you Tom B for helping me get such amazing service!! The best!!! Never calling anyone else again.
