I am very impressed with the quality of work Thomas Curley provides along with the communication their office has.My house is in an area that is prone to flooding and we have a sump pump in the basement along with a backup sump pump that is powered by battery. A few days ago, my battery was making a whiny noise, and google was no help telling me what was wrong so I knew I had to call a plumber. I spoke with Connie at Thomas Curley who had me make a video of the battery so she could show it to her team, and they told me they will come out to check it out. They came quickly and told me the battery was dead and needed to replaced, and I was glad to have the issue addressed...read full review
