I just had my hot water heating coil replaced in my Carrier unit in Roslyn Heights. They gave me a quote over the phone, ordered the part and installed it without any issues. My parents have been using them in Bayside for years as well. They replaced their full HVAC units a couple years ago and we also had a great experience with them at that time. The tech who came to fix was AC was very nice and patient. Pricing is ok also. However the guy who answers the phone and does the schedule is A BIG TIME ASSHOLE. He talks with threatening tone, he lies and makes stuff up. He interrupts when you talk. He prob is the owner as I'm sure they lost many customers because of him like ourselves, but he can't fire himself I guess.
Working with them was great from start to finish. I was impressed with how quickly they installed the new unit during a summer heat wave. Systematic saved the day and they have been very responsive to my questions.
