I have had several times used stand up mri in Great Nexk. people very nice. Never a problem. I have had and mri of back with a copayment of 25.00 and a month later mri of hip. Co pay for that was 40.00. The explanation was they used an outside radiologist to read results. Not a lot of extra money but you don’t have your own radiologist. I have used this facility several times over the years. Makes no sense they have to send it out

This was the first time I had a stand up MRI. What a difference! With the regular MRI, I get panic attacks and I even had them stop it once because I couldn’t continue. The technician, John, was amazing. He explained everything to me and was very comforting. He made sure I was completely comfortable before he started the MRI. I had a huge TV screen in front of me and John put the channel of my choice on. I was very comfortable and felt zero anxiety. The pounding noise was very tolerable with the ear plugs that John gave me. The noise is much less than the regular MRI. Also, the receptionist, Catherine, was very friendly and checked me in very fast. She was very efficient. On the downside, the place needs sprucing up, but that would not deter me from returning. Overall, my experience was excellent!

The professional staff took care of me very carefully and nicely. When I was called in for the MRI, the technician Mr. Brian Caruso was very polite and soft spoken in welcoming me inside and he explained to me the procedure and pre cautions in a very friendly and nice manner. I would like to thank the front office staff and Mr. Brian in giving me the best professional care and made me feel like home.

This place is pretty straight foward. The mri is easier to deal with and less claustrophobic here compared to an enclosed mri. You get to watch some TV while you do it, you can fully see infront of you. The tech here that does the MRI is very patient and friendly and he ensures your comfortable every step of the way. For contrast they even break it up so you can take a break, get the injection and go back to the machine for the remainder of the scan. The radiology nurse was very friendly as well and made me feel at ease while he did his thing to find a vein to admister the contrast injection. I felt very relaxed the whole time. Will definitely do more of my MRIs here!

I love doing my MRIs here and have had several at this location. The MRI is open and less claustrophobic. No problem getting an appointment and the staff was courteous and friendly. My only suggestion is to declutter the exam room and spruce it up a bit. However, for the short amount of time I am there, it's fine.We also get to watch Tv. Can't beat that!

Extremely disappointing and won’t go back. The tech did NOT wipe down the equipment. I was in the room as he prepared the mri for me so I witnessed this lack of hygiene The front desk was lackadaisical! I won’t return and will go back to the one on Old country Road.

I had an MRI done at Stand-Up MRI for my right Achilles tendon rupture at Great Neck. I was lucky enough to have Ms. Alexa as the MRI technologist. She assisted me during that session. Despite being in pain, I could see how much she cared. She is compassionate, excellent, and empathetic. Ms. Alexa, your values are a significant asset to this institution. As a healthcare provider, I strongly recommend that any institution hires professionals like her. Ms. Alexa, I wish you all the best in this profession. You deserve more than five stars. Thank You.

Absolutely worst customer service and unacceptable behavior by a medical facility. They will need to rehire new employees to work with customers as they are not focused on working with customers and is focused on talking with each other. They will need to hire as a whole because they management is insulting customer and you can hear their entire conversation. This places needs to be closed down immediately!!

From the start nothing but excellent service. Dominique getting me an early appointment and helping with my insurance. And John doing the MRI and helping me calm my nerves, this will definitely be my number 1 place to visit should I need their services again.

Horrible Customer Service. The person who answered the phone told me two times that they don't do a procedure that they actually. I called back she proceeds to tell that the other locations should do it. Basically why am I calling there or requesting for this office to do the procedure. Like excuse me, because I want to go near my house. She has no right to decide where I should come. Horrible. She just kept arguing that I shouldn't come there. Why because the center is in Great Neck it is reserved for special people? I'm so angry right now.
