“Finally, I am here to express my gratitude and appreciation to Dr. Jenna, Tina, Shareis, and Harrison (for two sessions) at the Great Neck office. I needed only two months of physical therapy for a pain that I had for about ten years! Jenna is very gifted and knowledgeable in the care she gave, apparent in her plan for my exercises at home, and her strong massages over the sciatica nerve, which was causing me grief, while I was driving, sitting, and laying, from my butt all the down my right leg to my toes. I am so grateful! ????After just three sessions, I recommended a friend by giving her Jenna's Metro card and the Metro Phys & Aqua Therapy card, which lists several locations. Tina is very meticulous, diligent and tireless in her work with several patients at any given time, and she is funny as well. Shareis is also very kind and helpful in answering questions by phone and in person to make it easy to make new appointments. Besides, the physical therapy work offered, the positive, kind, and cheerful environment helps to make the time, there, even more exceptional. I know that when I need physical therapy in the future as I get older, I will return to Metro in Great Neck, again and again, even though I live a distance away.“

“Dr. Zara is a great chiropractic doctor. He’s honest and sincere and truly cares about your overall health. I met with Dr. Zara about 2 months ago because I was experiencing tremendous pain in my neck and back that made my limited mobility (due to a rare muscle disease) intolerable and worse. As I reviewed my complex medical history with him that consists of a few rare autoimmune diseases and some other health issues, we discovered that my neck and back problems was a totally separate issue that contributed to my overall aches and pains. From the first visit, he went straight to work, and put me on this Cox table and started doing his fancy work of spinal manipulation to alleviate the pain in my neck and lower back. Let’s just say I couldn’t believe how I felt better instantly!!! As I continue to go to Dr. Zara weekly, my overall health and mobility seem to be getting better from where I was. I highly recommend Dr. Zara if you have ongoing pain or discomfort anywhere in your body, especially if you’ve tried other methods to alleviate them and didn’t achieve any results.“

“I had twisted my back ( which has had multiple problems from previous injuries). I was in intense pain from the cervical spine to my lumbar spine. I thought this was the moment my pain management doctor has warned me about for the last five years. It would be time for surgery. Still determined to avoid surgery as much as possible I came to All Hands PT , and working with Ligia this time ( but I have worked with others here and they all have been ver good) she had me feeing so much better by the next day, I was back to my normal routines. “Everyone at thera dynamics are so professional and friendly. The Therapists are great. the therapy is very helpful for recovery. I went for my knees. The pain I was enduring when I first started going was unbearable. I'm still going for physical therapy but I'm so much better. I have a torn meniscus on both knees plus arthritis. They use electrodes, biofreeze gel, heat packs, massage, and different kinds of exercise therapies. The elliptical bike is awesome. I also have bulging discs in my lower back and they are taking care of me and on the first day of physical therapy, I can't tell you how much relief I felt afterwards. The therapists really care for their clients. I'm very grateful.“
