The task of designing and placing a memorial marker is hardly an easy one. Our family is extremely grateful to Russell Rosen and his team at Shastone Memorials for helping us every step of the way. Shastone were incredible helping us to prepare a plaque for our mother. We had unfortunately started to run out of time to get it ready before our unveiling date so I reached out to local places, not only were Shastone able to get our plaque prepared, beautifully, to match our grandparents plaques, they didn’t charge us a rush fee. Russell was so clear and helpful every step of the way. They also sent us a yahrtzeit reminder and had a selection of prayers on the website for us to use. The phrase above and beyond is absolutely true in this case. Excellent and highly recommended
