From the very first contact with this office, I knew I was going to be in good hands. Tony the appointment scheduler was efficient and very personable. Dr Mann and Dr Lou were very thorough, caring and empathetic. The entire staff made me feel very comfortable and they are super nice. Excellent customer service, excellent medical care and very clean environment.
I have been seeing Dr. John Garafalo at Schweiger Dermatology Group, he is a consumate professional, a great diagnostician, and an extremely nice and caring human being. His nurse Robin and the front reception staff couldn't be nicer. I would highly recommend this office. Ronia Beecher
All of my questions via messaging system were answered promptly. The front desk staff was courteous and friendly, the wait time was very short and most importantly all the clinical staff were professional, knowledgeable and friendly.
