I went to this salon because it was recommended by ChatGPT and had amazing reviews — and it did not disappoint! From the moment I arrived, the stylist treated me with such professionalism and care. My hair is very rebellious and hard to manage, but she truly knows what she’s doing — you can tell she’s an expert and loves her craft.
We finished a bit late because the process takes time, but it was absolutely worth it. I’m in love with the result — my hair is silky, shiny, and perfectly straight. 💖
I’ll post an update after my first wash to confirm how it holds up, but for now I can say this is the best Japanese straightening I’ve ever had. Highly recommended!

I was her customer for years, following and supporting her business. Referred many of my friends to her. But I decided to stop going after many incidence. She provided very good service when she was not as busy as now. However for the past years , she had wash my hair with ice cold water many times despite I told her it was ice cold. She had also never dried my hair at the back, I left with the back of my head still wet and cold. I went there last week and before at the moment I stepped out of my chair, she had the next customer sat in my chair already. Not willing to have the courtesy to at least let me picked up my bag. Two days later I shampooed my hair and found out she only put color on the area I could see and not covering all area that was needed. She always complained she needed too much color for my hair. I won't mind if she needed to charge more. I usually just paid whatever she asked. But cutting cost this way is not the right way to do business. I will not go back.

I was very unhappy with my hair. Came in for a cut, root application and conditioner. Lena convinced me that my hair was healthy and all i needed was a full color refresh to my natural hair color (I hated my old one) and a cut. I was soooooo happy with the results.
