I can’t say enough good things about this business. I have been a customer and client for over 10 years, and I highly recommend all of their services.
I have had many medical massages over the years. And I have gifted my husband and many friends gift cards . The massages that I was most appreciative of were the ones that I had during both of my pregnancies, which were a tremendous help.
I have also taken Pilates and Yoga classes here for many years and the instructor is one of the best I have ever had. My body has changed for the better and toned for the better because of these classes.

This place truly knows its craft and cares about their clients. I received a massage that released my specific tension in my neck and shoulder. As a web designer. My neck is in horrible shape, and I now have less pain and a wider range of motion. The facility is clean, staff is super nice, and they have state of the art equipment that can target areas that need to be addressed. I was educated on my ailments, and realize this is not a one stop fix. This place showed me that healing is a process, and they are with me every step of the way. Thank you .
I have been going to Keep-in-Touch weekly for many years. The therapists are highly skilled professionals, who are able to accommodate my schedule and relieve my back pain issues. They are terrific, and I recommend them highly!
