We took our 8 month old pittie to The Pit Chic for a 21 day board-and-train. Our puppy struggled with impulse control and would often display aggressive behaviors/excessive barking out of frustration. He came out of the board and train a changed pup. He is now able to show restraint around other dogs, food, etc. Walking him is a breeze, he stays right by our side and rarely pulls. He no longer barks repeatedly at us or gets in biting moods. The structure that was provided by Kelli and her staff at The Pit Chic established a great foundation for our puppy that we continue to build on now that he is back home. 100% recommend these services. Kelli is a caring, dedicated animal lover who leaves no pets behind. Once you've entered into her care, she's there for every little bump in the road. She's a wonderful trainer and behaviorist and the animals respond to her so willingly. Love and patience are her recipe and no dog is too bad. She not only trains the dogs but also their owners on how to handle their pets. Such an important part of her training and care. She also keeps her eyes on all pet related pages on social media apps. My little dog has escaped on several occasions and if not for Kelli, I'd still be panicking. I'm so grateful for all of the love, care and attention she has given our fur babies....read full review
