“Went in for my appointment this morning ( which firstly I was able to get in super quick) from the second you walk in you’re greeted with friendly faces. I was quickly brought back into my room and Becca sat down with me and went over all of my wants and needs to out of my visit. She was clear and honest with her recommendations. I can't remember her name at the moment but when it was really bad she talked to me which help me get though. It is already showing results. When i did my first time they explained everything and so clearly. Best place for lazer hair removal by far.“

“AMAZING EXPERIENCE!!! (Kenmore location) I walked in with my 12 year old son and Ryanne politely told me they couldn’t accept any walk-ins at that time. She let me know new appointments are available starting December and took the time to tell me all the details of the other office locations and even wrote down that information for me as well. As we left the office, Aleesha, from the Niagara Dermatology was able to catch up to us before we left the parking lot. She told us that they were able to take us! She explained the moment we left, they got a cancellation notice. She told us that she noticed us at the receptionists window and overheard Ryanne explaining to us that walk-ins aren’t accepted at the moment, etc. However, as soon as Ryanne told her they just got a cancellation call. Aleesha did what most people wouldn’t ever do, and she went above and beyond to help make sure a person that came in for help, could be helped! What an Angel she is!
