First, he made the experience fun rather than stressful. From the continuous comedy, to the ongoing support and complimenting of every rider. Of course, this coach's feedback was also amazing! Very detailed and engaging feedback, which would continue to develop as skills increased or decreased. He would always demo each exercise before we began, and if we ever had any questions, they were encouraged and answered thoughtfully and clearly.
