Was a customer for 5+ years. They always did the job but raised the prices every single year since I came on board. I finally have had enough and cancelled. It's insane how much they charge for bug control when I can do it myself for a 80% savings. I realize costs increase, but the amount you have raised over the years leads to nothing if you lose customers.

I called them because we had a bee problem in our basement they came to my house and said hey you have a bee problem I said yes that's why I called you. they had no idea where the bees were coming from and said to call us if we find out where they are, Next day got a bill for $140. For what I asked, they said our technician had to get into his car and drive over the two blocks to come to your house. they did no treatment guy walked in the door and said you have a bee problem, did not look at anything else did not even walk around our outside of house. We have been on a Bugg Control program for a few years now and their service is outstanding. They have taken care of all of our needs in a timely manner. We have not had any complaints and the work they do always takes care of any bug problem
