Have only been there once so far, but had a good experience. Was able to get an appointment relatively quickly. Only had to sit in the waiting room about 5 mins once arrived. And They seemed to care about my cat. No complaints.
I have been coming to Dr. Rupert since 2011 when we got our first dog, a Mastiff. The reason I chose this office is because they are knowledgeable on large dogs, but they are knowledgeable on animals of all sizes. She and her staff took excellent care of our Mastiff, including when we had to say goodbye to her. Since then, we have had 2 more dogs, and they take excellent care of them. They are always kind, knowledgeable, and can explain things easily to me.
Our bearded dragon had prolapse bowel. They took such great care of her. She is doing awesome. I called in the morning and had an appointment a few hours later. I would highly recommend them.
