My experience with Farrell Homes was amazing! After months of looking in to modular home building ,then talking to Nick at Farrell Homes I knew they were my best choice. My first meeting with Nick at Farrell Homes I left with such excitement and confidence. I was guided through the whole process wonderfully and I now have a beautiful two story home in the heart of the Adirondacks. The price was on the average of all the other homes, but the knowledge and education on this process from Farrell Homes was priceless . My whole family is so happy and excited to start our life with this beautiful home!!! Thank you Farrell Homes ,and a big thank you to Nick.!

Butch was easy to work with. He went out of his way to try to accommodate us. He genuinely cared about us as customers. If there was an issue, we brought it to his and he gave us options and fixed them promptly.

The timeline was impressive—every phase moved along smoothly and on schedule, which is something we truly appreciated.
Connor was especially outstanding throughout the process. He was always accessible, quick to respond, and patient with every question we had (and we had a lot!).
