Located in the heart of picturesque downtown Gowanda, just down S. Water Street from the Olympia diner, this new business will be a great asset to the people of the southtowns. The owners and founders are passionate, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable about their craft. They offer a wide variety of different fitness options from steel mace yoga, to medical message, to personal training, nutrition guidance, even sword classes, and so much more! I've started regularly attending the 11am yoga classes for a few weeks now and given how great I've felt since, I don't think I could ever go back. Epic Level Fitness focuses on Massage (medical, No Fault, therapeutic) and Fitness (personal training, corrective exercise, group classes, and Historical European Martial Arts). Our massage offices are in Hamburg (located within Bukaty Family Chiropractic, on the second floor) with hours Mon-Thur and Gowanda hours Fri-Sat. Our fitness studio is in Gowanda.
