My AC went on a house I just purchased. I called the home warranty company. They sent out Johnsons. I needed a new unit. Warranty company covered that. However the furnace was also bad. Warranty company was trying not to cover that. I started dealing with them in June. Had no AC all summer.Laura, Was right there calling them constantly and explaining time and again what was wrong with the furnace.I was getting no where with them, until Laura started helping and calling them all the time too.As of August 30, 3022 I have a brand new AC and Furnace all covered.
