The folks at Northern are incredible. They truly care about their customers in ways that are completely uncommon these days.
Today I had a tree come down and puncture my roof, shatter my attic fan cap and crack my solar sun tunnel. I called Steve having done a recent roof and front door replacement project with him. He immediately got a Northern crew over and within 3 hours, what was a disaster was completely fixed.
Despite the dropping temps, rain and total darkness, these guys not only fixed the problems, but also checked and replaced other damaged shingles they found. They made sure the job wasn’t just done, but done right.

Awesome company. This is from my experience and I have to say I’m very happy I meet these guys, they are awesome to deal with, from sale consultants, to office team, to project manager to the team that does the job. I’m so appreciative.
Working with this company from start to finish has been a pleasure. Steve, our sales representative, was honest, respectful of our budget, and never pushed for an upsell. He offered valuable opinions and educated insight. The window installation team, Steve and Jermaine, were nice, diligent, and did a great job.
Timmy and Cory, who handled the siding, were outstanding! They clearly know their stuff, ensured everything was done perfectly and to our liking- as they made sure we had a voice in the finer details, and were a pleasure to have at our home for several weeks.
