“I never had lashes done before not even fake ones. I went for my for my first full set a couple weeks ago and I got a hybrid mix done and I loved it. Very light and can’t even feel them. Making appointments is quick and fast no hassle. Phi told me what I would like and how she plans on doing it step by step. It was very relaxing and an easy process. Afterwards she told me how to take care of them, what happens and even scheduled me for a fill in 3 weeks. Even sent me some helpful videos which I really thought was nice and amazing. They lasted longer than I thought. With the bag I got from her it was easy to take care of them as well you have everything you need. When I went for my fill, she took out some lashes which is needed for most. And starting working on them and they turned out amazing. “I love this place. I’ve been coming to them for years. About 7 or 8 years. I’d follow them anywhere they go bcs I love the way they do my nails. The service is like no other . They accommodate me when I need it. I’m a nurse so my schedule is crazy hours and I get out early randomly and I can call them and get squeezed last minute bcs they take care of me and all their clients. Dawn is the owner and also my dear friend she makes it happen for me ALWAYS . She also does amazing lashes I go nowhere else. I recommend everyone I know to Element ‘ they are always happy with their service. I don’t what I’ll do if they leave NY. I guess I’ll be taking trips lol. Love them all xoxoServices: Nail painting“
