Of the seven companies I called to get information from, On Time Disposal was THE ONLY ONE who bothered to call and be ready to do business. Faigy provided easy to understand pricing and was happy to answer questions. They also offer the longest time to have the containers (two weeks) and by far the best price of what we could find out online. We didn't have to wait weeks either to get a dumpster. Within a couple of days, one was dropped off right where we asked them to in our driveway. We kept it for three weeks, and called for pickup. No fuss, no mess left by On Time Disposal when they picked up the dumpster (can't say the same for the company who picks up our weekly trash), and no damage to our driveway or yard. Another company we called didn't even know their own pricing or scheduling, and told me to call back in a few days. The rest never returned multiple phone calls, emails, faxes, or online "Contact Us" forms. Those places shouldn't talk about how great their customer service is on their web pages - they have none!On Time Disposal Inc is a great company and easy to work with. Dr. Ahn is an exceptional surgeon. He performed cataract surgery on both of my eyes and exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend him as a surgeon.
I do however, have a serious problem with the people running his billing department. The day after my second eye surgery, I received a phone call from billing saying that they neglected to ask me for the $1750 payment upfront for the high end laser they used (not covered by insurance) and they needed that payment ASAP. I will still laying in bed recovering from the surgery I just had 24 hours earlier. I explained that I would take necessary steps to send payment within 24 hours. The billing office then proceeded to call me 8 times over the next 23 hours leaving messages about needing payment. They also sent me 2 emails regarding payment. I was not going to call back until I had been able to send payment, since I told her it would likely not be until the next day. They then called my EMERGENCY CONTACT (my son) not once, but TWICE; to tell him that I had not returned phone calls and they were very worried because I just had eye surgery. Meanwhile, I had just had my follow up appointment with Dr. Ahn that morning where he said my eye looked great....and I spoke with the surgery center, who had called to check in on my health.
The woman from the billing office never once asked me how I was doing health-wise or left a message saying she wanted to check on my well being (not that she should be asking me those questions, but it showed that calling my son under the pretense of concern was just a ruse to help her to secure payment). Every message she left was just about needing the $1750 I owed them.
My son called me frantically, worried that I was dead because she called him under the ruse of concern about my well being. Their office dropped the ball by not addressing the money on the front end, then handled it very unprofessionally one-day post-op by harassing a patient still in recovery . After I made payment via phone 24 hours after the initial phone call, I addressed the lack of professionalism with her in how she handled the last 24 hours. She continued to claim that she contacted my son out of concern because they were unable to reach me; when it was clear they were trying to cover their ass ASAP for not asking for payment up front. As I said, Dr. Ahn is an exceptional surgeon but he needs to teach his billing department some professionalism because they are seriously lacking.
I had a very good experience on a Thursday afternoon at 1:30pm. I had a sore throat & a cough. I made an online appointment and filled out the patient information requested online. I only waited a few minutes to be seen and was done in 10 minutes. The doctor & other staff were all kind and very helpful.
Briann is fantastic! Every time I’m back in town I make sure to go see her. Very knowledgeable and takes her time. Excellent prices and high quality of work.

GWEN Rosenthal, previous owner of Village Hair, has been cutting/styling my hair for abt 10 yrs now. When you find the best you keep going back. She recently moved to Upper Cut on Greenwich Ave in Goshen NY. I drove 1.5 hrs from Danbury, CT to have her cut my hair, and at lunch an hr later I got my first compliment on my do. Gwen is phenomenal, and would follow her anywhere. Worth the trip to Upper Cut!

We were in town for a wedding and I decided to get a last minute haircut. Rolling the dice, I trusted the positive Yelp reviews and went to G&C. What a great cut! My barber was very friendly and generous with suggestions of local sites to visit. He knew I was from out of time, but took the time and care to give me a cut as if he was trying to earn my loyal return business. Highly recommend!

It has been several years since I've gone to a salon and gotten services as I always ran into the same issue - I would ask for something and get out of the chair with something totally different. This was the first time in 32 yrs that a hairdresser listened, heard me and followed what I wanted. Gwen is THE BEST!!! I got my hair done before going on vacation in October and it came out PERFECT! Gwen was so kind, conversation was easy and she SLAYED! With over 20 years experience, she is an expert color mix artist, she knew exactly how to get the color I was looking for (which was unavailable via book) I cut over 10 inches off so I was pretty nervous about it but it came out great!!! I didn't even cry, which usually always happens when I sacrifice any real length. The salon is right on the main strip of Goshen so easy to find, lots of parking nearby and very comfortable.
The nicest owner and such a great crew. We had such an amazing experience using them. Very reliable, easy to communicate with, and worked quickly to figure out the issue and repair it. Will only be using this company going forward .
