Overall experience was ok/Goal was met! As a retired RN of over 40 + years, I could “understand” their challenges and our frustration’s! We had a scheduled appointment time for 3:30 pm (not a walk-in ), for our flu shots. When we arrived, asked to fill out forms for receiving vaccine. Next, informed to have a seat and wait for 1 and 1/2 hours (90 minutes) to be seen!! Not Happy Campers…waited, waited…Caregiver providing injections was skilled and pleasant. Thank You.
Excel Urgent Care of Goshen is excellent. I was taken in very quickly. I had a head injury and need to be stapled up. The Nurse Practitioner was absolutely awesome. She made me very comfortable and took care of me with great care. I highly recommend Excel Urgent Card of Goshen.
Even though they were busy, they saw me pretty quickly—-under the time they estimated too! The staff was friendly and the doctor truly listened to me. Such a help and nice person! ? Great experience and I’m happy that I can feel better soon! 5 stars!
