Had a service call by Kyle. Kyle diagnosed the problem and dug into it. Great skills, very familiar and knowledgeable about our boiler system. Found the problem and fixed it! Great toolset too!

Kyle did a great job repairing my air conditioning. He was polite, professional and prompt. He quickly trouble shot on the first visit, returned to install the new ADP coil , and despite some unexpected difficulties made quick work work of the repair. So glad Thermal Associates has Kyle working on their team.

Highly Recommend this company.Right out of the gate they separated themselves from the competition.Adam came over to assess our aging furnace and AC system. Adam was thorough , knowledgeable and clear-- pointing out issues with the system that 3 other companies in the area had failed to mention to me over previous visits.We proceeded with installation of a new system and they made the process painless from financing to install. The onsite technicians were professional and proficient at their Jobs.If you are looking for advisement on your HVAC system in the capital region i can't recommend these guys enough.
