Kyle was excellent! I had 2 compressors not working creating a very hot office for my team. He was able to quickly identify the problem and resolve it. He explained what went wrong as well as recommend some additional work that would prevent further issues. I would highly recommend Kyle at Adirondack P&M. I would also like to compliment them on their quick service I called yesterday afternoon and they were here first thing this morning.

For the past 16 years this company has serviced my home . Their customer service is always exceptional. Whether or not they were scheduled to service us or an emergency call, they respond and have handled every single call. I am so appreciative of their willingness to help at all times. This past weekend our furnace stopped working on Friday night, and we left messages on their answering machine. Saturday morning we received a call from Kyle a service representative who understood the situation and immediately jumped in his car to drive up to Ticonderoga and repair our furnace. Adirondack P&M is amazing. They are so accommodating, professional and knowledgeable. Also very pleasant to communicate with. Three times they’ve come to my home over the years, within minutes of calling them, & troubleshooted my newer furnace. Always a simple fix. Either a blocked vent, or leaking condensation line. I so appreciate them! I recommend them to everyone. Thanks ADK P&M.
