On two occasions I made the mistake of going elsewhere for glasses or contacts, and on both occasions I ended up going back to Dr. Luzon to get the job done right. He and his staff are friendly and helpful, and I always walk away with the right glasses (this last time it was for contacts…I love them). No more going other places; I will go only to Dr. Luzon from now on. He’s the best around.

They always get me in extremely quick, they are 100% transparent with costs/ don’t push a sale on you, take the time explain your insurance, and are the kindest, great personality employees/ doctor I’ve encountered ever. Was in and out working 30 minutes and made the apt the day before. Thanks again!

Excellent ServiceDr. Luzon and his staff have been fabulous to work with. My husband and I both got our exams and glasses here. My husband's glasses ended scratched within a week of having them and they replaced the lens, free of charge. I also ordered contacts and have strong astigmatisms in both eyes. The first pair of trials didn't work out. Dr. Luzon placed an order for not 1 but 2 different brands for me to test out before making a final choice! The optical staff have always been friendly and sociable, offering suggestions and feedback, even when they are super busy!Absolutely stellar customer service all around!
