It has been a while since I've done yoga. I have never done hot yoga. My daughter's been doing it for a while. She actually has done 13 classes this month so far. She lives in Albany, but I do not. I was visiting and she wanted to take me. I felt that the class was perfect for me.
The instructor was really great. I thought it would wipe me out, but afterwards I had a ton of energy and felt great.
Very nice studio, great knowledgeable instructors. Exceptionally clean, perfect heat and conditions for hot yoga. Great mix of classes. Always a pleasure to be there! Reasonably priced.
Great location, good prices, super clean and inviting, very friendly staff and members, amazing instructors.. I mean.. it doesn't get much better and you won't find a better Hot Yoga studio in the area.
