Today I had my second appointment at Bethlehem Town Family Dental. I have a condition called hyperacusis and in the nine years I have been living with it, I have never been accommodated like the people at this practice accommodate me. Hannah is so kind, pleasant and helpful. She took the time to listen, understand and scheduled me for a visit with Amanda, the hygenist. Together they made sure I had a quiet environment. Not only was Amanda kind and accommodating, she did a fantastic job cleaning my teeth. No plaque or tartar on these teeth today! Dr. Henry was thorough in his exam, friendly, pleasant and also accommodated my need for quiet. They have a lifelong patient in me and I will be recommending them to all my family and friends. Thank you so much for all you did for me. I don’t have the words to convey how much it meant. I am so grateful to have found your practice.
Today was my first visit to Bethlehem Family Dental. The staff were friendly and answered all of my questions. Nick was the dental hygienist. He knew I was alittle nervous but his sense of humor put me more at ease. His explanation of every step of the process and his stopping to ask if I was ok is so important to me. Dr. Henry was cordial and he has great chair side manners. He explained what he was looking at and what will need to be monitored. I am so grateful that I was referred by a family member.
Wish I could give more than 5 stars! Dr. Henry and the whole staffs are wonderful, warm, friendly and very easy to communicate with. I left today with a Sparkly clean teeth which made me very pleased! I would recommend anyone to go to Bethlehem Town Family Dental! You'll thank me! 😁
