I have used LI Carpet Cleaners for years but this last time they truly outdid themselves! My silk/wool carpet was damaged (unintentionally) by the NYFD and their use of fire extinguishing equipment. This rug was very expensive and I feared that I would have to file a claim with my insurance company.Dorothy of LICC suggested cleaning and a separate soaking treatment to deal with the chemicals used by the FD. My beautiful rug was returned to me today and it looks better than it did when it was first delivered by Stark Carpets.Thank you to Dorothy and her team! Living in a condo - community setting our carpets and tile have been a mess in desperate need of a steam cleaning.
Today I was noticing the freshest clean smell, went out to the hall to find the carpet cleaner beginning to deep clean -
All I can say is the carpets as well as our tile looks brand new !
They were thorough, professional and did an unbelievable job.
