I have a Toyotomi Laser 56 unit that I have been running for 27 years. John, from "All Around the House," serviced my stove in 2007, and today, Thanksgiving Day 2024, he "talked me thru" an involved repair--over the phone! He knows his product SO WELL that every time I encountered a problem, he could rattle off a solution (ie. Use a hairdryer set on high to soften a hardened, rubber elbow, then wiggle it back & forth) I can't believe "we" fixed my stove! John said it should last me another 27 years! What a special individual! ?
