He also found another dead tree that would eventually become a problem and took care of that one as well. He was recommended to me by a friend and is very knowledgeable on all kinds of trees. Dr. Houri made a house call to examine a fast-growing mass on our dog, and from that first visit through the subsequent surgery, he treated our pet with genuine compassion and kindness. The convenience of the home visit was a huge benefit — but more importantly, it kept our dog calm and comfortable, as he has difficulty riding in cars. Dr. Houri’s flexibility in offering both home calls and office visits made it easy to work around our schedule. We couldn’t be more grateful for the exceptional, personalized care he provided.
We have never had anything but positive experiences with this company. At the moment my partner and I are in Florida and the person we hired to maintain our properties in Grahamsville disappeared on us and didn't do what they were hired to do. We discovered (thanks to modern technology!!) that both houses ran out of home heating oil on the same day and that our driveways haven't been properly cleaned of the FEET of snow that we've received recently. I had to call Anderman at 6am and request an emergency fill at both houses. Although they're extremely busy and already have their delivery schedules set for the day, he had one of his guys bring oil to both houses. And even though both driveways only have a small shoveled path in order to allow the delivery driver to drag his hose, the man made both deliveries with zero complaints.
Anderman oil clearly values their customer relationships and can be relied upon in an emergency, even in the crappiest of circumstances. They earned themselves a grateful customer for life and i will forever recommend this company to my neighbors, friends and family.
