We wanted to get our backyard redone and we found Papiro Landscaping so we called them. Matt came over to the house and I showed him everything I wanted done and he said he would send over a drawing that the cost would be waived if we agreed to work together. We got back this drawing and when I say it had nothing done correctly, it had absolutely nothing done correctly. They even had drawn concrete over the opening of our septic tank when I had shown him and sent him plans circled with “do not put anything here” on it. Just recently moved and needed a landscaper! The previous owners used Papiro. I left a message. Hours later they returned my call. They we're going to email a proposal to me. No proposal came. Called again the following day. Left another message. No return call, no proposal!So, needless to say, as a potential new customer, I am so unimpressed with Papiro! Landscapers are a dime a dozen. I called another company. They were here in 20 minutes with a proposal!Shame on Papiro!
