My boyfriend from I got our cat. She was in need of being neutered, and she is our pride and joy! We were beyond pleased with the animal clinics true TLC treatment towards us and our cat. She is very shy and doesn’t allow herself to be held by anyone other than immediate family however she jumped right right in his arms leaving us super relieved. The surgery took only a few hours and they called us very nicely as well as kept her in her comfort carrier. They even did a follow up call the next day as well as gave us great bedside manner. We recently brought our feral cat because we suspected a massive eye infection and dental infection. About an hour later, Dr. Kolbert called to inform us that it appears Mama had a massive tumor and there was extensive damage to her gums and jaw, as well as the eye. I asked if he would wait for us to travel back from Queens so we could be with her when she was put down - Mama was our feral for over 12 years and a part of our family. He kindly waited and explained everything to my husband and me when we arrived. His staff was very kind and offered condolences.
