I had two large maples removed plus I had them grind the stumps. Once all the work was done the crew and I gave the site a walk around and everything seemed perfect. A couple weeks later, when I finally got around to preparing the old stump location I noticed that the one stump which was wide and sprawling had some exposed root that was missed. I didn't say anything to CNY because I gave them the thumbs up at the end of the day. Fast forward to a week or so ago CNY sent me message and I mentioned the root. Well, I was very happy to see the offending root has been taken care of when I was at work today. I never complained. Once they heard that the job wasn't done perfectly they wanted to make it right. They are the best.
