Awful! Called for an emergency appointment and they couldn’t see me for over 48 hours. Called another dentist office and they got me in the same day and I’m not even a patient there!

Dr. Siegel and her assistant Karen were simply wonderful… getting a RCT isn’t exactly what you want to go thru but they talked me thru the entire procedure and were very gentle, made me feel very comfortable and not exactly hate the thought of a RCT! They were Very on top of letting me know how the tooth might feel after and how to be on top of making sure i don’t have to much discomfort!! I would highly recommend for any endodontic treatment!! Thank you both!!!

I had my dentist send over my X-rays over 3 months ago. They never got back to me. I reached out to them today and they told me they don’t take new patients. It would be nice if the told me this. Stay away from this group.

Dr Ohri and his assistant are great! I had a unique scenario and he was able to make things right to get me back to normal. Highly recommend this location.

The cleaning process was really good. However, they made me take panoramic xray before cleaning. They mentioned that they cannot clean my teeth without panoramic xray. And my insurance does not cover xrays. It just covers 4 bitewings. They told me I need to take both panoramic and 4 bitewings just for checkup although I took it previous year in my own country. I think this was not necessary ! They got 186 dollars from me because of the panoramic xray.

As a long-time loyal patient, I was deeply disappointed after my last visit on February 8th. Despite paying my bill in full and being assured by the front desk that I was all set, I was later surprised by an additional charge of over $40 due to insurance not covering a portion of the costs—a detail that was apparently overlooked at checkout. This isn't about the money but the principle and the unnecessary stress it caused. It's disheartening to see my trust in the clinic's reliability and communication tarnished.

The dentists here are great. I would have given this 5 stars until my last visit. Hygienist pushed fluoride toothpaste on me and I asked if I could give her my pharmacy info for the script and she was adamant even though it's prescription strength, I would have to buy it directly from them for $40... I said no thanks and had my primary care doctor prescribe the same strength and got it for $3 with insurance.Edit: Next visit the dentist did explain there's another non active ingredient in the one they sell that makes it better. But I'd still appreciate a script for the fluoride toothpaste as it's more affordable and hope they reconsider writing scripts for it
