After meeting him, it was immediately clear that he would have our best interest at mind 100% and we were correct. We never felt as if he was pressuring us to put offers in to close the deal, take on more of a house than we could afford, or any of the other things one may worry about with a realtor. He was a genuine treat to work with, incredibly patient with us (it was our first house purchase), and made the entire process incredibly easy. Al Ryer is by far the best realitor in Buffalo, NY...if I could I would give 1 million stars... Al sold my house in 2016 and from there our relationship started. I moved out of state for a while and came back to Buffalo, NY in 2018. I came back and my first call was to Al. At that time I was looking for work and he told me “I am here for you buddy let me know if you need anything” after 3 long years I was ready to buy a home again. Within the 3 years I asked tons of questions and was shown tons of houses. Nothing fit the bill for my family and I. Finally in 2/2021 my family and I moved in to our beautiful home. Al is very easy to work with, he is very thorough in his approach to getting you the information that you need to sell/buy your home. We worked with Al a year ago to sell property and when we needed to sell my dad's house this year, I went right back to Al...he is so knowledgeable in his field and the current market trend that I wouldn't work with any other realtor.
