For the first time ever in my life, I have ever needed to get an eye exam. To say that I am very pleased is an understatement from the Receptionist to the assistant and doctor as well words cannot describe how comfortable I felt. I was very nervous at first, but as soon as I enter the building, I became very relaxed. The demeanor, professionalism and all-around feel of the staff at the eyecare center in Geneva was absolutely astounding.. Kudos to everyone who made this process, feel like it was nothing at all. I highly recommend if you need anything with your eye care.

The eye care center in Geneva, NY refused to give me an appointment because they did not take my insurance. I have Medicare and very good supplemental insurance provided by my late husband's employment at Raytheon. I had cataracts removed in both eyes followed by laser surgery in both eyes years ago. I recently moved to Geneva and am experiencing blurry vision in one eye. I was not refused by a doctor. I was refused by the receptionist who hung up on me. Is this even possible?

Wish my deductible was lower so I can go here more lol truly a great establishment with professionals that supersede the name on the board. My Dr. Dugo and her team are phenomenal. From the lady and the gent at the front desk, to the curb appeal to the lobby and waiting area, all clean and supreme. Thank you for providing great service, looking forward to my next appt in March 2026🙏😌

My vist was the best and went verry well and the doctors were super kind! The doctors are the best and I've had great care ever 💯!They honestly care for the patients and for the best eye health possible! Ordered contact lenses which usually take 2 to 3 weeks to arrive max. It’s been 4 weeks now and when I call them they say that I will have to wait for another week. Worst service but nothing to do since they are the only ones near me.

While I appreciate the Geneva office for taking me in on short notice I am giving them a 1 star review because they didn't find it on my first visit and charged me 150 dollars 2 days later I returned and a second doctor found a piece of sawdust under my eyelid within 10 seconds of looking then they still charged me 50 dollars for that visit.. when I complained they said because they gave me some antibiotic eyedrops for free they still have to charge me.. but I wouldn't even have needed those if they would've done they're job right the first time.. but hey it's good job security I guess

We have been bring my father to the center for several years my father can be difficult. Even though the whole team is great and amazing. David was very patient and kind to my father making this the best visit we've had. Thank you all but mostly thank you to David and Dr. Piper.
