Isabella Spa-Salon offers a range of services, including massages and haircuts. The massage staff is very professional, making for an enjoyable experience. The salon is conveniently located at the castle, and clients have reported pleasant surprises with their haircuts. However, some clients have experienced issues with organization and timeliness, leading to delays and rushed appointments. Despite this, the salon has received recommendations for its services, particularly for haircuts.
Having hair and makeup right at the venue made the morning so easy and relaxing. Everyone looked absolutely beautiful, and the team did an amazing job listening to what each person wanted. They helped make the start of our wedding day feel calm, fun, and stress free.
The owners of the salon checked in with us constantly and everyone made the day feel so special. Thank you again!
We enjoyed our visit, The Romantic Retreat. The full body scrub was amazing and the massage was one of our better massages
However I was a bit disappointed, i didn’t understand the entire package was 100 minutes not just the massage. Therefore the massage was only about 40 minutes and I personally would have preferred shifting times on one of the other services to have a longer massage. I would completely recommend Isabella spa and will be a returning customer.
I visited with a group of friends this past weekend as part of a bachelorette weekend spent in the area, and we had a wonderful experience at the spa! Everyone enjoyed their massage so much, and the spa itself is beautiful, clean, and found at an amazing location overall.
Kate, the group booking manager, was extremely helpful in assisting me with setting things up and she was very communicative and accommodating throughout the entire process from beginning to end.
