Spent 20+ years with my last dentist in the Rochester area and now looking for a dentist that is closer. Contacted Grateful Dental and the staff was extremely accommodating with the receptionist and hygienist providing an appointment the next day for a new patient to their practice. I completed the paperwork and arrived early at the appointment, as requested. Great review until this point. On the way back to the "chair", the hygienist mentioned they wanted me to get a full mouth x-ray. I asked if there was any way not to do this. As the hygienist explained why they wanted to do it, Dr Terri came out into the hallway and as the hygienist was trying to convince me to do it, Dr Terri stated "why don't we call it done, then". Thinking she meant to skip the x-ray, i said great and started to move to the dental chair. Then Dr Terry states "No. The appointment is over" and showed me the door. I was flabbergasted at this statement. In no way was I rude in my request and would have done it with a little convincing/persuading. Apparently, they are not really looking for new patients. If anyone is looking for a new dentist, I would recommend looking elsewhere.

At first I was pleased .I spent $1500 on my top plate when I went to get it adjusted she was very rude in front of other patients I was embarrassed. She won't adjust my plate .I paid over $3000 and got treated like that. Me and my husband will not return there .Thank you Dr Terri

Grateful dental is exceptional, Dr Teri is so caring and gentle. The staff are friendly and accommodating. I am a long time patient of Dr Addonna and I am so glad I decided to stay upon his retirement.

We just recently moved here from North Carolina and were looking for a dentist for our one year old son. We went in for him to get some SDF fillings on his front teeth and immediately felt rushed. I wanted to give dr.Terri the benefit of the doubt because she seemed nice during our prior consultation but today she talked to my ONE year old son as if he was an adult. Saying things like well life isn’t fun and this is a taste of real life etc because he was upset. she also got SDF all over my sons face which will be there for awhile considering it isn’t supposed to get on your skin. The overall experience was awful and I’ll never take my child back there. She didn’t even clean his teeth like our previous dentist did. I would give 0 stars if I could.

I can’t say enough good things about Grateful Dental in Geneva. Not only did Dr. Terri agree to take on all the issues with my problem teeth, she is caring, professional and considerate regarding financial matters. When I decided I wanted to go with full implants after having a bridge made, she refunded me the cost of the bridge (even though it was my decision to change).
