Impressive, caring and professional in every way!Sharon and Joe are incredibly friendly!Joe did such an amazing job on my girl. You can tell how passionate he is about the kind of service that he provides for both you and your pup... and man did he deliver!This is the best grooming service my, Sophie has ever received to date.She's never had such a precision hair cut before.I've finally found someone who gives 100%.Her face/eye area, tail, and body trimmed to perfection!Nails trimmed, yet not left feeling sharp.I wouldn't change a thing!I did not provide any photos as to how I wanted her groomed. I just explained verbally what I wanted done.We are extremely happy with our service! Thank you, Joe!Five stars across the board and two thumbs up!??

I was visiting my Aunt and brought my dog here for just a quick clean up! She smells so fresh and clean, I would highly recommend. The groomer is also very sweet so that's just a plus!!

I think the dog shop is the Finger Lakes Best place to get your dog groomed! Sharon is fantastic and listens very closely to what you're requesting to be done. If she can't do what you're asking she will recommend another cut. I wouldn't go anywhere else, and besides, I heard Joe is Back! He has the skills to do the best!

Would not recommend the Dog Shop. We were looking for a local groomer in Geneva for my Golden Retriever and The Dog Shop came up. I saw that they were reviewed on Google+ and Yelp with one 5 star review and figured we would give it a try. Unfortunately, the results were not what we expected. I had asked for a shorter summer cut for my Golden retriever. But I made sure to tell Sharon not to go to short since Golden's have a protective coat to help them cool and heat their body. When my parents went to pick up our dog, they found him buzzed past his protective coat and had patches everywhere. His nails were not cut properly and had large chips. Not only did she cut past the protective coat and left my dog with patches throughout his whole body, she charged much more than Petco and The Puppy Cut Hut. After a day or two, our dog had an ear infection. I can only assume that water must have got into his ear and was not cleaned properly. I later found out from other dog owners at the vet that they had a very similar experience. I wish I had known about this before bringing my dog here.
