THANK GOODNESS FOR FRANK AND HIS TEAM :) They are always there to help out in a pinch - like 911 my computer wont work 8:00 am phone calls ... its my famous phone call! They never hesitate to take the time for your call or text and work through your problem! The store is fantastic, the coffee is good, the staff is fun and friendly! Wouldn't go anywhere else!!!!

I took my new business computer to One Stop Tech Shop to transfer all data from my old computer. Because I needed it for my work the staff put high priority on it and did an EXCELLENT job making sure it was all set up the way I wanted it. ? Also answered many tech questions I had. So fortunate to have this level of tech support and service locally!

First of all I would like to thank all the staff and support at this shop. I brought in my iPhone 14 Pro Max for repair. I had my front screen cracked and the phone damaged to the point where things were skeptical, not sure if fixable due to the damage. But with all things going worse case scenario Frank pulled it off. He was able to repair my phone screen, and get everything back to working order the best he could. All it took is time and patience and this man can get anything done. I would highly recommend going to this shop for any phone, computer and probably a console repair if he does consoles there as well.
